Chapter 6:
Temple of Water: Glacier's Appearance
In order to learn the power of the Bahamuth, the Holy Guardian must learn the power of controlling the waters, and so they set out to the temples of waters on the Kingdom of Aurora.
Each temple is headed by a Temple Keeper, who is also considered to be the most powerful yet most calmed and eldest of all aviators in a land.
Mizu, an elder in the land of Aurora was the current temple keeper was holding an event every year to determine who can become his apprentice, and happened to be the time they arrived.
The old geezer choose randomly from the visitors and accidentally pointed out to Abby who objected about the childish game of the keeper.
Abby said that it is foolish to join the game, on the other hand, the keeper wasn't able to recognize him.
Jyosei noticed this and whispered to Abby just join the game. there has been a rumor than anyone who wins that game can have the chance to become an apprentice to the temple keeper or any wish will be granted.
Abby thought of it a good idea so he joined the game which is a challenge of strength, speed and stamina. In short, they need to run around the Village of the Water temple.
In many years, there is only one who always win the race and that was named Kyrija. He was an ambitious Aviator who claims himself the most powerful Aviator next to Mizu.
He in the elimination, Kyrija and Abby were the only ones left for the finals. it was a decision so the decided for a duel who is the best among the two. Abby Accepted this and got excited about the duel.
Kyrija boasted so much of his power, telling that he was more powerful than the Abyssmial itself unknowingly that his opponent was a Sacred Aviator.
Abby cannot hold on anymore of the insults of Kyrija thus triggered him to release Glacier, an Ice Dragon which holds the power of Icicle Vengeance where in nobody gets out alive from Abyssmials anger.
Mizu had came back to his senses upon seeing the legendary dragon of the Water Temple. Soon he had realized that the Sacred Aviators and the Holy Guardian is present in the event. He immediately ordered to stop the duel but it was too late. Abyssmial has already spoken of punishing Kyrija because of his words and actions offending the Sacred Aviators.
Kyrija on the other hand was already filled with terror realizing that wrongfully insulted the Sacred Aviator of Water and thus facing his end. Only Himeno was the one to stop Abby from releasing the wrath of the Glacier.
Mizu and all the Aviators in the temple payed respect to the Holy Guardian who only asked for a book kept in the depths of the temple.
Abby once again faced Kyrija who is still afraid that the Glacier will end his life, assured him that he will not be punished unless he will ask forgiveness. Kyrija lowly bowed his head to ask forgiveness to Abby to forgave him in one condition, he will never again insult any Aviators in land.
Waving goodbye, they set out to the next temple, in the Land of Augu.
