HOW TO RAISE A COMPETENT WOMAN
(Based on a true story)
characters:
Yukimura Nozomi - A girl often mistaken a guy due to her name and attitude towards women. She is short tempered and often goes berserk,
Shinichi Hatakeyama - from a rich family, a policeman and a doctor, the only person who can stop Nozomi, but eventually had fallen in love with her.
Minami Asaya - Shinichi's girlfriend crazy over Nozomi, who often visit Nozomi at work thus results a crazy scenery
Minami Asanegi - Asaya's older brother and Shinichi's bestfriend who had fallen in love with Nozomi at first sight.
"Where is he!" Asaya burged in the cafe where Nozomi works.
"Please my lady, don't do something stupid in here." Nozomi approached her.
"Is it true? You were going out with my brother?"
"Asaya, stop this nonsense, please." Asanegi came rushing in.
"Please follow me, guests. This way, we can discuss this matter," Nozomi calmly lead the two inside the employee's room. "Manager, can i excuse for a moment?"
"Sure, Yukimura-kun. I'll handle the rest. You may take your break now."
Asanegi and Asaya followed Nozomi inside the employee's room.
Nozomi is holding her temper while inside the cafe. When they entered the faculty room,
"Would you care to explain both of you what the heck is going on?!" Nozomi suddenly yelled at the two then Asaya immidiately hide behind Asanegi's back and trembled with fear. she has never seen Nozomi angry as this before.
"Uhh... Yukimura-san, please calm down."Asanegi is trying to cool Nozomi down.
"Nozomi-kun is scary, Nii-chan!"
"Shut the **** up both of you! And you, Asaya, what's with you! I'm not going to tolerate this anymore! Stop calling me NOZOMI-KUN, I'm a girl you freak! Can't you just stop pestering me. You're a NUISANCE!"
"I'm sorry... wait what?! NO! you're a guy! Tell me you're lying." teary-eyed Asaya is trying to convince herself that Nozomi is telling a lie.
"Yukimura-san..."
"This is a disaster, i can't imagine this." Nozomi dialed a number on her phone."Shin-chan, would you mind to take your girlfriend out of our cafe? She is disturbing me. Ah, Also include her brother. I don't want to be kicked out of my work, thanks."
"So mean, Nozomi-kun"
"Yukimura-san, can i come over at your house tonight?"
"Even you too. Stop pestering would yah?" Nozomi glared at the two.
"You okey, Nozomi? You activated Berserk mode again did you?" holding two cans of pineapple juice, Shinichi came inside Nozomi's room.
"I can't help it. You're lunatic girlfriend and nerd bestfriend suddenly came in, confronting me. What's with those two? What a nuisance. I'm getting getting tired of those two already. What's with your girlfriend? Does she even realize I'm a girl? She keep on insisting I am a guy."
"Well, in my opinion, she have seen her ideal man in you."
"Say WHAT?!"
"True. She said, she has fallen in love in you the minute she saw you at my house, remember the day you came over and you were wearing that cool Sasuke outfit?"
"Deym. It was just a cosplay."
"It was but for her, she loves that character a lot. She even refused to believe that you are a girl. She keep on insisting you are a guy pretending to be a girl so you can escape from here."
"Baka. She already have you to be his boyfriend and yet she keep clinging to me, don't you even get jealous?"
"Do i look I'm jealous?" Shinichi smiled at her then she blushed. "Your face is red as a tomato, are you alright? Don't tell me, you're..."
"Shut up." Nozomi turned away but to her surprise, Shinichi suddenly embraced her from behind. "What the..."
"Actually I am jealous with Asanegi. At first, i was wondering why i was so furious when I saw the two of you together at the garden and embracing with each other..."
"We are not embracing, baka! He was trying to force himself into me. I could have killed him. Wait a minute, could you please let me go?"
"No. Not a chance."
"Oh come on, Shin-chan, you're a grown up. Acting like a cry-baby-"
"I am not acting, Nozomi. Please let me hold you, just for a moment..."
Nozomi thougth maybe something happened to Shinichi at work so she let him that way.
"Thanks for the hardwork. Take care going home, Yukimura-kun. Enjoy your weekend."
"Same goes for you Manager."
"Yukimura-san" on the front door was Asanegi waiting for her.
"Oh. It's just you, Asanegi. Why are you here?"
"Waiting for you of course. I wanna walk you home."
"No thanks, I can walk by myself." she went ahead.
"Wait Yukimura-san."
"What is it this time? Out with it."
"I'm in love with you. and I am sorry for what happened the other week at your house. Can we start over again?"
"I appreciate it though, Asanegi. I had forgiven you for that incident, but sorry. I can't accept you."
"Is it because you had fallen in love with my sister?"
Nozomi snapped and glared at Asanegi who slowly distanced himself because he knows Nozomi is pissed off, she is an unstoppable monster but Nozomi just sighed.
"Not a chance with your sister, dummy. We are both girls, don't you realize that?"
"Then why can't you accept me as your lover?"
Nozomi is still glaring and pissed off, that she answered sarcastically
"You are boring, i only like guys with who are cool like Sasuke Uchiha, or a bad guy like Usui Takumi. Are even a Demon like Dio from grandchase? or an angel like Setsuna? maybe i will like you better if your are Kirito-kun. He is more charismatic than you" and turns away leaving Asanegi who realized that Nozomi is an OTAKU!
*Otaku are people who don't fall in love with 3dimensional people and often their minds are in a fantasy world.
When Nozomi got home, she found Shinichi sitting at her doorstep.
"What are you doing here, Shin-chan? You could at least called me if you wanna come over."
"I was waiting for you."
"Come inside, it's cold in here." they entered the house. "Did you eat dinner already? I'll just prepare-" but Shinichi embraced here again from behind."Hey, are you okey? You became worst than the other day you know. Did something happened?"
"Asaya and I broke up."
"And you're upset that she broke up with you?"
"No."
"What's the reason that you two broke up?"
"You."
"WHAT? What are you thinking?"
"We are rivals."
"EH?!"
"She is in love with you. And so am I. She broke up with me because she can't accept the fact than I am in love with you."
"Why all people around me are idiots?!" Nozomi sighed. " Get off me, I can't cook dinner if you are hanging around me all night long."
"No I won't."
"Get off!"
"Never!"
"Baka! Get-" but suddenly Shinichi kissed her.
She can't get off from Shinichi's clutches or even dare to reject him. She was speechless.
"I have been hiding this for a long time. You never believed me when i told you that if ever i wanted someone with my life, it would you."
"I thought you were joking."
"Since when did I joked around about you. I'm serious, Nozomi. I am madly in love you. I wanted you to be mine, mine alone."
"But I'm an otaku."
"I can live with that"
"I am short-tempered."
"I'm used to that."
"I often go berserk."
"I don't care."
"But I'm-"
"Enough with reasonsdotcom." He kissed her again. "Just be with me, for the rest of your life. I don't need anything, just you."
"Am I good enough for you?"
"You are competent enough, Honey." and they kissed again
The next morning...
"No! Yukimura-kun is mine! I don't care if she is a girl or a guy!" Asaya is pulling Nozomi's right hand.
"As if I will let you sis. You are both girls and you can't live together!"Asanegi is on the other hand.
"Not a chance that i will give her to you, pervert old man!"
"No, no you two. Quit arguing about Nozomi because she is mine and mine alone." Shinichi snatched Nozomi from the two and kissed her in the lips.
"NO! She is ours!"Asaya and Asanegi together shouted.
"Would you quit pestering me!" Nozomi yelled and as the usual, have gone berserk... again.
